Terms and Conditions: By completing and submitting this application, I agree not to hold The Original Gullah Festival of South Carolina, Inc. responsible or liable for accidents, loss, theft, or claims resulting from my participation. I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older. I have read and understood The Original Gullah Festival of South Carolina, Inc. Volunteer Code of Ethics. I agree that I am available to work the times and days I have indicated on this form. I will notify The Original Gullah Festival of South Carolina, Inc. immediately if my availability, as indicated on this application, changes. I understand that The Original Gullah Festival of South Carolina, Inc. will try to honor my time preference and dates requested, but may not be able to do so.
